Meidän eka oikea pelastuskoirakoe, A-rauniokoe Lohjalla.

Tottis meni hyvin siihen nähden, että ryömimistä ei tehty lainkaan, ei olla sitä edes harjoiteltu, joten tein sen vain tavallisena seuraamisena. Nouto meni pureskeluksi ja esineen pudotteluksi. Liikkeestä seisomisessa oli väärä asento ja seuraamisessa henkilöryhmässä joudui nantamaan yhden lisäkäskyn. Muuten meni ihan oman tason mukaisesti. Pisteitä muistaakseni 37 ja arvosana tyydyttävä. Diesel oli koko ajan tosi iloinen ja innokas. :-)

Ketteryydestä saatiin päivän paras, arvosana Erittäin hyvä ja Diesel oli ainoa koira, joka kävi oikeassa järjestyksessä kaikilla pöydillä! Siitä olen kyllä tosi ylpeä ja tyytyväinen!

Raunioilla meni tavallaan odotusten mukaisesti, eli Diisu ei irronnut oikein, mutta etsi kyllä. Yhden maalimiehen löysi ja ilmaisi ihan hyvin, mutta sitten käytettiin kok oaika ja Diisu oli ihan loppu lopussa. Kävi maalimiehellä kahdesti mutta ei saanut tarpeeksi hajua ilmaistakseen. Emme siis saaneet hyväksyttyä tulosta tästä kokeesta, mutta saatiin kuitenkin katsaus siihen, missä mennään.

Today was our first real SAR dog test. It was Rubble test in class A. We passed obedience with grade Satisfactory, it was not a super performance but good enough. I think Diesel was happy and excited all the time and that was the most important thing. He did and worked according to his skills and level.

Dexterity was better, we did the best dexterity of the day with grade Very good. I am very proud of Diesel who was the only dog in the test to manage the long-distance control.

And the n the rubble. It was pretty much the way I had expected. Diesel did not take enough distance from me but he did search. He found one victim and indicated it ok but then we spent 15 minutes searching for more and he got very tired. He ended up at the second victim twice but did not get good enough scent to make indication. So no result for us this time but lots of experience and and overview of where we stand.
